5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency

BACKGROUND

I am the Marketer of Cats Exclusive Inc.

Cats Exclusive Inc. is a non-profit organization in Broward County, Florida, operating as both a no-kill feline rescue shelter and a public veterinary clinic. Founded in 1979, our mission is to reduce feline overpopulation and prevent unnecessary euthanasia. We provide low-cost veterinary services to the public - including wellness exams, surgeries, and emergency care - which also supports our internal spay and neuter initiatives. Alongside our medical services, we rescue, rehabilitate, and adopt out abandoned cats, relying on community donations, fundraising events, and volunteers to sustain our operations.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

• Establish and manage an ongoing email marketing program for donor communication, event promotion, and adoption updates.
• Clean the contact database and improve email deliverability to expand our reach to supporters.
• Redesign the website homepage to clearly present our clinic, adoption, and donation services.

The engagement began in October 2024 as an ongoing email marketing retainer and has since expanded to include a website homepage redesign.

Scope of work:

• Email infrastructure setup: Importing our contact lists, configuring SMTP2Go for sending and deliverability, and organizing the project workflow in Teamwork.
• Ongoing campaign management: Writing, designing, and sending monthly newsletters and event-driven email blasts, including fundraising campaigns (such as "Dine and Donate"), adoption awareness messages, and post-event follow-ups.
• List maintenance: Regular database cleanups, contact segmentation, and re-engagement sends targeted at non-openers.
• Deliverability management: Monitoring spam complaints and sending performance through SMTP2Go.
• Reporting: Preparing and delivering regular campaign performance reports to our team.
• Web design: A full redesign of our homepage, including page composition, structure, copy corrections, and clear presentation of our three core areas: veterinary clinic, adoption, and donation.

Key deliverables:

• A fully configured email marketing system, including SMTP2Go integration and a cleaned, imported contact database.
• A continuous calendar of newsletters and campaign blasts sent from October 2024 to the present, including event-specific series and follow-up sequences.
• Re-engagement email sends directed at non-openers. Recurring campaign performance reports.
• A redesigned homepage (currently in progress), structured around our clinic, adoption, and donation sections.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

As a nonprofit, we do not track traditional corporate ROI or hard sales metrics. Our measure of success is community engagement and our ability to support our rescue mission. The most significant outcome has been establishing a reliable, consistent communication channel with our donors and volunteers. The agency successfully executed our email campaigns for fundraising events like "Dine and Donate" and adoption drives. By cleaning our contact database and managing deliverability through SMTP2Go, they ensured our updates actually reach our community instead of being blocked as spam. Also, the ongoing homepage redesign is creating a much clearer, more accessible structure for visitors looking to adopt, donate, or use our veterinary clinic.

Their project management is excellent. Communication is straightforward and easy, and we have experienced zero issues or delays. They track all tasks - such as scheduling email blasts, managing database cleanups, and updating the homepage - using a project management platform, which keeps the workflow completely transparent and organized. They consistently deliver items on schedule and are highly responsive to our feedback and specific needs as a nonprofit.

• In-Person Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What impressed us most was their communication and transparency. They keep us informed about everything happening on our account, share regular campaign reports, and track all tasks in a shared project management platform we can review at any time. They explain their work in plain language rather than marketing jargon. As a nonprofit with limited time and resources, we always know exactly what they are doing and why, and that level of openness is rare in an agency.

How many teammates from 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

5 Star Visibility designed and built our website from scratch, starting with the landing page design and then developing the full site. They added our mission statement, testimonials, sponsor logos, and a donation link, handled a HIPAA-compliant solution for our contact form, and made several rounds of revisions based on our feedback before moving the site to our main domain.

After launch, they built a custom events system with a calendar and individual event pages. They also created a pop-up system we can schedule for announcements, and wrote instructions so our team can manage it ourselves. The first event on the platform was our Spring Break Enrichment Camp.

They continue to support us after launch: adding new events and banners, updating pages as our programs change, embedding donation campaigns, installing tracking tools, and running regular security scans and cleanup.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We didn't set up formal tracking, but the website changed how we operate. Supporters can now donate online through Donorbox, and families and volunteers can contact us through the site. We can also publish events and announcements ourselves. We're continuing to build out the site, with online event registration as the next step.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project management was smooth. 5 Star Visibility was polite and understanding throughout, and they delivered on time. When we had feedback or needed changes, they listened and responded quickly, and the process never felt stressful.

5 Star Visibility handled both our SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). On the SEO side, they did technical fixes, on-page optimization, and local search work to help us rank higher on Google. For AI visibility, they added structured data, optimized our content so AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity could understand and cite our practice, and tracked how often we appeared in AI answers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a marketer at Builders Notice Corp, Inc., a construction company. We provide notice to owner filings, construction lien property research, and legal referral services in Florida, specializing in lien law for subcontractors and suppliers.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency?

We brought 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency to modernize our digital lead generation and expand our visibility across Florida's construction industry. While we’ve been in business since 1975, our online client acquisition and tracking needed a serious upgrade. Our main objectives for the partnership were to: - Improve Website Conversions & Lead Tracking: Overhaul our core pages, fix lingering technical accessibility errors, and set up clear conversion funnels—including reliable call tracking, form-submission redirects, and educational lead magnets like our eBooks. - Launch Targeted Paid Acquisition: Build and manage profitable Meta ad campaigns targeting Florida subcontractors, general contractors, and material suppliers, complete with proper pixel integration and end-to-end conversion tracking. - Expand Organic SEO & Industry Content: Run a full technical site audit and execute a structured SEO strategy—writing regular blog content, newsletters, and practical resources around Florida Notice to Owner (NTO) deadlines and lien law compliance. - Dominate Local Construction Search: Proactively manage our Google Business Profiles and local citations so contractors looking for lien administration and NTO services find our brand immediately.

5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency handles our complete digital growth pipeline, combining technical web development, paid customer acquisition, and organic lead generation. Additionally, they handle our Google Business Profile presence, social media scheduling, and produce educational content (including lead magnets and blogs) to drive targeted contractor leads.

Website development and conversion optimization

5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency has redesigned our main landing pages and optimized the site for conversions and accessibility. Their team has set up our call tracking infrastructure, fixed technical accessibility errors, built dedicated landing pages for our educational seminars, and configured form submission testing and thank-you redirects so we can accurately track new contractor inquiries.

Paid acquisition and Meta advertising

5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency has built and manages our paid acquisition campaigns on Meta to reach Florida subcontractors, general contractors, and material suppliers. That includes setting up the Meta Pixel and end-to-end conversion events, building our target audiences, writing the direct-response offers, and designing all ad creatives.

What challenge were you trying to address with 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency?

We needed help with our digital marketing, website maintenance, and physician outreach for our healthcare law practice and PPLD program.

That included verifying and cleaning a database of over 10,000 medical contacts, handling domain warming, and sending out targeted blasts to promote our White Coats Counsel Podcast and Pre-Paid Legal Defense (PPLD) program. - Website Design & Technical Maintenance: Redesigning key pages, including a complete homepage overhaul based on our reference sites. We started working with them in May 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest improvements showed up in our email deliverability and overall digital footprint. By cleaning and verifying our database of over 10,000 medical contacts, 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency has significantly cut down our bounce rates and ensured our outreach actually reaches practicing physicians. Those campaigns have helped build our initial audience and subscriber base for the White Coats Counsel podcast. On the website side, the homepage redesign and regular maintenance have given us faster load times, a secure site with zero malware issues, and a much stronger local presence across our Google Business Profiles. Moreover, our Google Business Profile work and citation building have given us a much stronger presence in the local map pack, driving higher search visibility for physician-focused legal queries across our Florida markets.Additionally, the feedback from doctors regarding our outreach has been extremely positive. How many teammates from 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

5 Star Visibility built our digital presence from the ground up. We are a long-established courier and moving company, but we were running on outdated systems, so the project started with the technical basics: they set up reliable hosting, configured our professional business email, and got our online infrastructure running properly.

The centerpiece of the project was our landing page. They handled everything — structure, design, and copywriting — building a fast, modern, conversion-focused page that clearly presents our courier, delivery, and moving services and makes it easy to call or request a quote. They also created dedicated landing pages for different services and target areas, each tailored to local search terms.

The ongoing marketing scope included:

1. Local SEO — on-page optimization, local keyword targeting, and citations so our landing pages rank for courier and moving searches across South Florida
2. PPC — Google Ads campaigns driving high-intent traffic to those landing pages, with ad copy, tracking, and continuous optimization
3. Email outreach — a cold email system targeting local law firms, medical offices, and real estate agencies that need a reliable delivery partner

Key deliverables: configured hosting and email infrastructure, conversion-optimized landing pages, launched and optimized ad campaigns, a local SEO foundation, an outreach email system, and clear monthly reporting that ties everything to actual phone calls and booked jobs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started from almost zero online, so the growth has been exactly what we needed. Within the first six months:

• Landing page traffic grew from zero to hundreds of highly targeted local visitors every month
• Phone calls and quote requests noticeably increased compared to before the project
• Our landing page and Google Ads are now delivering dozens of highly qualified leads per month, and our cost per lead keeps dropping as the campaigns are optimized
• We are starting to rank on the first page for several important local terms, including "same day courier Fort Lauderdale" and "movers Oakland Park"
• The cold email outreach successfully turned into recurring delivery contracts with a few local law firms and medical clinics
• The full technical setup (hosting, business email, and landing pages) was delivered on schedule and on budget

Most importantly, the reporting shows exactly which campaigns turn into booked jobs, so we always know our real return on investment.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was excellent. They always responded quickly (usually the same day) and stuck to every deadline we agreed on, from the initial technical setup to the landing page launch and the campaign rollouts.

What really stood out was how much they wanted to understand our business before building anything. They asked us detailed questions about our services, our coverage areas, and the type of customers we wanted to attract, and you could tell that preparation is why the final landing pages and ad copy felt so on point. And whenever something wasn't quite to our taste (a design detail or some wording), they made revisions without any fuss until we were happy with it.

We started working with them in January 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The measurable outcomes have been outstanding and completely turned our lead generation around. Within just a couple of months of launching the new website and the targeted PPC campaigns, we saw a substantial, steady increase in high-intent inbound phone calls and contact form submissions from homeowners and commercial clients across our service areas.Furthermore, the email marketing campaigns successfully “revived” a significant portion of our past client database, immediately translating into booked appointments for routine electrical maintenance and system upgrades.Overall, we went from struggling to get consistent leads from an outdated digital presence to having a predictable, highly profitable stream of new and repeat business.Within the first 90 days of launching the new website and PPC ads, we saw a 45% increase in our monthly inbound phone calls and contact form submissions. The paid ads also achieved a highly efficient cost-per-lead. On the email marketing side, the re-engagement campaigns sent to our past customer database hit an open rate of over 30%. That single effort quickly brought in about 20 booked appointments from past clients who hadn’t hired us in over a year. The increase in leads and booked appointments completely stabilized our pipeline. Before working with 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency, our lead flow was unpredictable. Now, we have a steady and reliable schedule of both residential and commercial jobs. This directly translated to a noticeable boost in our overall revenue, allowing us to keep our electricians busy year-round without worrying about where the next job is coming from.
