How many teammates from 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

5 Star Visibility designed and built our website from scratch, starting with the landing page design and then developing the full site. They added our mission statement, testimonials, sponsor logos, and a donation link, handled a HIPAA-compliant solution for our contact form, and made several rounds of revisions based on our feedback before moving the site to our main domain.

After launch, they built a custom events system with a calendar and individual event pages. They also created a pop-up system we can schedule for announcements, and wrote instructions so our team can manage it ourselves. The first event on the platform was our Spring Break Enrichment Camp.

They continue to support us after launch: adding new events and banners, updating pages as our programs change, embedding donation campaigns, installing tracking tools, and running regular security scans and cleanup.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We didn't set up formal tracking, but the website changed how we operate. Supporters can now donate online through Donorbox, and families and volunteers can contact us through the site. We can also publish events and announcements ourselves. We're continuing to build out the site, with online event registration as the next step.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project management was smooth. 5 Star Visibility was polite and understanding throughout, and they delivered on time. When we had feedback or needed changes, they listened and responded quickly, and the process never felt stressful.

5 Star Visibility handled both our SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). On the SEO side, they did technical fixes, on-page optimization, and local search work to help us rank higher on Google. For AI visibility, they added structured data, optimized our content so AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity could understand and cite our practice, and tracked how often we appeared in AI answers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a marketer at Builders Notice Corp, Inc., a construction company. We provide notice to owner filings, construction lien property research, and legal referral services in Florida, specializing in lien law for subcontractors and suppliers.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency?

We brought 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency to modernize our digital lead generation and expand our visibility across Florida's construction industry. While we’ve been in business since 1975, our online client acquisition and tracking needed a serious upgrade. Our main objectives for the partnership were to: - Improve Website Conversions & Lead Tracking: Overhaul our core pages, fix lingering technical accessibility errors, and set up clear conversion funnels—including reliable call tracking, form-submission redirects, and educational lead magnets like our eBooks. - Launch Targeted Paid Acquisition: Build and manage profitable Meta ad campaigns targeting Florida subcontractors, general contractors, and material suppliers, complete with proper pixel integration and end-to-end conversion tracking. - Expand Organic SEO & Industry Content: Run a full technical site audit and execute a structured SEO strategy—writing regular blog content, newsletters, and practical resources around Florida Notice to Owner (NTO) deadlines and lien law compliance. - Dominate Local Construction Search: Proactively manage our Google Business Profiles and local citations so contractors looking for lien administration and NTO services find our brand immediately.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency handles our complete digital growth pipeline, combining technical web development, paid customer acquisition, and organic lead generation. Additionally, they handle our Google Business Profile presence, social media scheduling, and produce educational content (including lead magnets and blogs) to drive targeted contractor leads.

Website development and conversion optimization

5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency has redesigned our main landing pages and optimized the site for conversions and accessibility. Their team has set up our call tracking infrastructure, fixed technical accessibility errors, built dedicated landing pages for our educational seminars, and configured form submission testing and thank-you redirects so we can accurately track new contractor inquiries.

Paid acquisition and Meta advertising

5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency has built and manages our paid acquisition campaigns on Meta to reach Florida subcontractors, general contractors, and material suppliers. That includes setting up the Meta Pixel and end-to-end conversion events, building our target audiences, writing the direct-response offers, and designing all ad creatives.

Organic SEO, semantic content, and lead magnets

On the search and content side, they performed full technical and local SEO audits and developed a comprehensive semantic keyword core around Florida lien law and Notice to Owner (NTO) requirements. They produce our blog and social media posts, write and launch our email newsletters, run our cold outreach campaigns, and create downloadable eBooks that serve as high-converting lead magnets for contractors.

Local SEO and Google Business Profile management

5 Star Visibility manages our local map presence by auditing and updating our business citations across the web. They also run our monthly GBP content calendar - writing SEO optimized posts and designing custom images.

How did you come to work with 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency?

We found 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency through a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to my geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, and they were referred to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We keep our exact internal revenue metrics private, but the operational impact of 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency's work has transformed how we acquire and track our clients.

End-to-end lead attribution

Before this partnership, tracking the exact source of our new business was a challenge. Now, with their call tracking and form-submission redirects in place, we have complete visibility into which digital channels are actually driving contractor inquiries.

Webinar registration and email outreach

We regularly host educational webinars and seminars, and 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency's targeted email blasts have become a massive driver for our attendance. By combining those email campaigns with the dedicated event landing pages they built, they consistently fill our sessions with the right audience, turning educational outreach into a reliable source of new business.

Predictable paid acquisition

The Meta ad campaigns 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency has built give us a steady, measurable pipeline of inbound leads. By properly configuring the Meta Pixel and custom conversion events, we are getting our direct-response offers in front of the exact right audience — Florida subcontractors, general contractors, and material suppliers.

Organic traffic and lead magnet conversions

Our top-of-funnel lead generation has expanded significantly. Their technical SEO improvements, along with the educational eBooks and blog content they produce, actively capture high-intent search traffic from contractors looking for immediate help with NTO deadlines and lien law compliance.

Dominant local search presence

5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency's ongoing management of our GBP and local citations has noticeably increased our visibility in the local map pack. The regular, scheduled posts directly correlate to a higher volume of inbound calls and map direction requests to our Fort Lauderdale office.

How did 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency hits every deadline and keeps project management completely straightforward. We don't have to navigate complicated project portals on our end. If we want an update on the SEO tasks, ad campaigns, or website updates, we just ask for a weekly report of what was completed, and they provide it immediately. They are highly responsive, completely transparent, and they never leave us guessing about the status of a deliverable.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out the most is 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency's communication. A lot of digital agencies hide behind vanity metrics, technical jargon, or force you to learn their complex project management software. 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency doesn't do that. They adapt entirely to how we prefer to work. They speak plain English and give us exactly the data we ask for without the fluff. Because they are local, we can literally just drop by their office if we want to talk through a new campaign strategy or webinar launch face-to-face. That level of real-world accessibility and straight-talk is incredibly rare in the digital marketing industry.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren't any.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the marketing manager of Lubell Rosen, a healthcare law firm specializing in medical malpractice defense, including our signature Pre-Paid Legal Defense (PPLD) program for physicians who elect to “go bare” without traditional insurance.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency?

We needed help with our digital marketing, website maintenance, and physician outreach for our healthcare law practice and PPLD program.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency acts as an all-in-one digital marketing and technical team for our firm. Their scope of work covers: - Email Marketing & Physician Outreach: Managing cold email campaigns targeting doctors and medical practices. That included verifying and cleaning a database of over 10,000 medical contacts, handling domain warming, and sending out targeted blasts to promote our White Coats Counsel Podcast and Pre-Paid Legal Defense (PPLD) program. - Website Design & Technical Maintenance: Redesigning key pages, including a complete homepage overhaul based on our reference sites. Plus ongoing technical maintenance. They handle regular updates, security scanning, and malware removal to keep the site fast and secure. - Local SEO & Google Business Profile (GBP) Management: Writing and scheduling regular GBP updates, tracking reviews, building local citations, and running technical SEO audits. - Graphic Design & Branding: Creating digital assets for our online profiles, along with print collateral like brochures and custom promotional items for the podcast. - Paid Advertising (PPC): Setting up targeted YouTube ad campaigns using our existing contact lists to help build an audience of medical professionals for the show.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency.

How did you come to work with 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency?

We found them through an online search and a referral. We chose them over other digital marketing agencies because they were close to my geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, and they were referred to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in May 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest improvements showed up in our email deliverability and overall digital footprint. By cleaning and verifying our database of over 10,000 medical contacts, 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency has significantly cut down our bounce rates and ensured our outreach actually reaches practicing physicians. Those campaigns have helped build our initial audience and subscriber base for the White Coats Counsel podcast. On the website side, the homepage redesign and regular maintenance have given us faster load times, a secure site with zero malware issues, and a much stronger local presence across our Google Business Profiles. Moreover, our Google Business Profile work and citation building have given us a much stronger presence in the local map pack, driving higher search visibility for physician-focused legal queries across our Florida markets.Additionally, the feedback from doctors regarding our outreach has been extremely positive. Because the White Coats Counsel podcast delivers genuine legal insights for physicians — especially those exploring our PPLD program — our email blasts have been received as helpful industry resources rather than cold sales pitches.

How many teammates from 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

5 Star Visibility built our digital presence from the ground up. We are a long-established courier and moving company, but we were running on outdated systems, so the project started with the technical basics: they set up reliable hosting, configured our professional business email, and got our online infrastructure running properly.

The centerpiece of the project was our landing page. They handled everything — structure, design, and copywriting — building a fast, modern, conversion-focused page that clearly presents our courier, delivery, and moving services and makes it easy to call or request a quote. They also created dedicated landing pages for different services and target areas, each tailored to local search terms.

The ongoing marketing scope included:

1. Local SEO — on-page optimization, local keyword targeting, and citations so our landing pages rank for courier and moving searches across South Florida
2. PPC — Google Ads campaigns driving high-intent traffic to those landing pages, with ad copy, tracking, and continuous optimization
3. Email outreach — a cold email system targeting local law firms, medical offices, and real estate agencies that need a reliable delivery partner

Key deliverables: configured hosting and email infrastructure, conversion-optimized landing pages, launched and optimized ad campaigns, a local SEO foundation, an outreach email system, and clear monthly reporting that ties everything to actual phone calls and booked jobs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started from almost zero online, so the growth has been exactly what we needed. Within the first six months:

• Landing page traffic grew from zero to hundreds of highly targeted local visitors every month
• Phone calls and quote requests noticeably increased compared to before the project
• Our landing page and Google Ads are now delivering dozens of highly qualified leads per month, and our cost per lead keeps dropping as the campaigns are optimized
• We are starting to rank on the first page for several important local terms, including "same day courier Fort Lauderdale" and "movers Oakland Park"
• The cold email outreach successfully turned into recurring delivery contracts with a few local law firms and medical clinics
• The full technical setup (hosting, business email, and landing pages) was delivered on schedule and on budget

Most importantly, the reporting shows exactly which campaigns turn into booked jobs, so we always know our real return on investment.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was excellent. They always responded quickly (usually the same day) and stuck to every deadline we agreed on, from the initial technical setup to the landing page launch and the campaign rollouts.

What really stood out was how much they wanted to understand our business before building anything. They asked us detailed questions about our services, our coverage areas, and the type of customers we wanted to attract, and you could tell that preparation is why the final landing pages and ad copy felt so on point. And whenever something wasn't quite to our taste (a design detail or some wording), they made revisions without any fuss until we were happy with it.

We hired 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency to completely revitalize our online presence and drive consistent lead generation. Launch high-converting paid advertising (PPC) campaigns to bring in high-intent local leads quickly. Implement an email marketing strategy to reconnect with and "revive" our existing past client database. Maintain ongoing website security, speed, and optimization.

5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency provides an all-in-one digital marketing and web management solution. The scope of work covers four main pillars: Web Design & Development: Redesigning the website from the ground up with dedicated service pages optimized to convert traffic into phone calls. Website Maintenance: Managing technical updates, secure hosting, regular backups, and speed optimizations. Paid Advertising (PPC): Running targeted local Google Ads campaigns to bring in high-intent local leads for electrical repairs and installations. Email Marketing: Executing re-engagement campaigns and newsletters to bring back past clients for routine maintenance and upgrades.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency.

How did you come to work with 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency?

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other digital marketing agencies because they were close to my geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and they were referred to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The measurable outcomes have been outstanding and completely turned our lead generation around. Within just a couple of months of launching the new website and the targeted PPC campaigns, we saw a substantial, steady increase in high-intent inbound phone calls and contact form submissions from homeowners and commercial clients across our service areas.Furthermore, the email marketing campaigns successfully “revived” a significant portion of our past client database, immediately translating into booked appointments for routine electrical maintenance and system upgrades.Overall, we went from struggling to get consistent leads from an outdated digital presence to having a predictable, highly profitable stream of new and repeat business.Within the first 90 days of launching the new website and PPC ads, we saw a 45% increase in our monthly inbound phone calls and contact form submissions. The paid ads also achieved a highly efficient cost-per-lead. On the email marketing side, the re-engagement campaigns sent to our past customer database hit an open rate of over 30%. That single effort quickly brought in about 20 booked appointments from past clients who hadn’t hired us in over a year. The increase in leads and booked appointments completely stabilized our pipeline. Before working with 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency, our lead flow was unpredictable. Now, we have a steady and reliable schedule of both residential and commercial jobs. This directly translated to a noticeable boost in our overall revenue, allowing us to keep our electricians busy year-round without worrying about where the next job is coming from. Ultimately, their work took the guesswork out of our marketing and delivered a clear return on our investment.

How did 5 Star Visibility Digital Marketing Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

What stood out most was their genuine professionalism and direct communication style. Instead of overwhelming us with confusing technical talk or making unrealistic promises, they came to the table with a clear, practical plan to fix our lead flow issues. The quality of their work speaks for itself — the website is sharp, the ad campaigns started producing results quickly, and the entire team has been accessible and attentive. It truly feels like working with a dedicated partner who cares about our business growth rather than just another outsourced vendor.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What really impressed us was having a true local partner who is also incredibly high-tech and forward-thinking. Since both of our businesses are right here in Fort Lauderdale, their local presence made a huge difference. Whenever we needed to discuss the campaign strategy, we could just swing by their office for a face-to-face meeting. At the same time, they are highly modern in their approach. They clearly understand the latest digital trends and use advanced tools and automation to make sure the marketing runs efficiently. That combination — being accessible and direct in person, while operating with cutting-edge digital expertise — is incredibly rare. They don’t hide behind confusing jargon; they operate like a highly skilled extension of our own local team.

Is there anything they could have improved?

No, everything’s great.
