4eck Media delivered two projects for us. First, a fast, cookie-free onepager for our game trading business with custom icons, tailored map design, click-to-chat contact via SMS and WhatsApp, optimization of our Google Business profile and SEO. This was later extended with localized landing pages for nine German federal states. Second, they designed and developed our online shop wald-zu-tisch.de based on PrestaShop, including many custom-developed modules, integration of a 24h express delivery service, newsletter marketing, a recipe blog and search engine optimization.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The onepager reached the number 1 position on Google for our most important keyword, and the localized landing pages achieved top rankings in regional searches across nine federal states. The online shop enables customers throughout Germany to order game meat with 24h express delivery and has developed into a successful additional sales channel.

The project delivered a complete corporate profile structure, including a main group presentation and separate pages for our related companies. The site was also prepared for both desktop and mobile viewing, which was important for international business use.Another clear result was that the final website matched the visual direction we requested: calm, restrained, modern, and technical. The English and Japanese content was presented clearly, and the company structure became easier to explain to overseas partners. For us, the project was successful because it gave DMJ and our related companies a professional online entry point for international communication.We didn't track detailed traffic or user engagement metrics immediately after launch because the website was mainly created as a corporate profile and international business presentation rather than a traffic-driven marketing site. However, the key feedback internally was that the site made our company structure much clearer and easier to share with overseas partners. It gave us a professional bilingual reference point when introducing DMJ and our related companies in international communication.We haven't yet collected formal feedback from overseas clients after the launch. However, the website has already been useful as a professional bilingual reference when introducing our company group to international partners. The main improvement is that we can now share one clear website instead of explaining the company structure only by email or documents. This makes the first introduction easier, more organized, and more credible.

If we had to mention one small point, a slightly more structured milestone summary during the project could have made it even easier for us to follow the progress step by step.However, this was only a minor point.
