The main task was to develop our platform, and the website would then feature our 3D work. There were slight differences between a regular website creation and a website with 3D features that we needed.  The end product was sold to our third-party stakeholder.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had no specific metrics with regards to PRAS’s work. We only based their success on our third-party customer’s satisfaction. If our customer was happy, we were happy too.

Communication was a little bit difficult because we had 3 project managers — one from our side, one from their side, and one from our third-party customer. As a result, we had some misunderstandings. However, I’d say that their communication was still good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I wasn’t deeply involved in the technical process of the project, and I mostly had communication with the CEO of PRAS’s company. That was why it was easy for me to get the information that I needed. Overall, the PRAS Europe team valued being open to their clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something PRAS Europe could have done differently?

Project management could be improved a little. No matter what all companies do, there would always be room for improvement.

PRAS developed a mobile app and ecosystem (API + web) for a startup in the construction industry. We wanted to develop an innovative solution that was not even described. PRAS helped us with this by conducting business analyses and guiding us throughout the development period.

The project was developed using modern technologies:

• ASP.NET
• React
• Kafka
• Docker.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

PRAS developed a web application and a mobile application. Developed both the software and visual part. The project has been launched and the first clients are already using the application.

I really liked the project management at PRAS as we were able to focus not on writing tonnes of ToR text, but instead worked on achieving the best possible performance. At the same time, we did not overspend the budget. PRAS was always in touch with us and ready to react quickly to changes.

The company is made up of excellent professionals. I liked the team's business analysis and product design qualifications the most. The technical component is also top-notch. Also the price-value ratio is perfect.

I liked everything about it. Perhaps the product could have been developed faster, but not a fact really.

PRAS developed our startup concept for us. A visual style was developed along with a logo, and an online platform was released, which collects applications from our customers in an automated mode. PRAS developed and launched our business completely.

Project management was lined up perfectly. The project was a little bit delayed, but it was worth it, as we managed to adjust the project during the development process without overspending the budget.

I was impressed with the approach to business analysis and design. The team approached the development process in an informed and cliché-free way.

I feel like they should have chosen a different technology to implement the product for a more agile development process. PRAS suggested using Tilda to quickly start a website without programming. This is reasonable, but our site has grown over the year, which creates certain difficulties in maintaining the project.

The company developed a web-based expert platform for forecasting the scenarios of required investments, CO2 emissions, workplaces created that correspond to 58 predefined policy measures (taken from whitepapers of researches) and implementation of set of these selected measures in 5 sectors of economy - energy, waste management, agriculture, industry and households. The system allows to enter the country economy parameters (initial GDP, country investment level, current CO2 emissions) and formulate the scenarios how these parameters will change if policy measures will be introduced. The web-based platform had a very complicated mathematical calculations in the backend.
The company also developed state registry, consisting of a web-based catalogue and a serach engine where companies submit their information about the environmental information that they provide, and terms of provisoin of such information. The registry annually is replenished annually by more than 2500 new records from the companies. The registry helps to realize the right of citizens to access environmentally relevant information in accordance with the Aarhus Convention.
The company alsoi developed and published in App Store and Google Play the game "Green Economy" for mobile phones based on Android and iOS that consists from 5 board games (three-in-a-row like, tap-faster like, etc) with simplistic inclusive lightweight design and convenient game mechanics that represented and promoted sectors of green economy: ecotourism, green transport, green energy, waste management, green bonds.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The set of products that were devleoped by PRAS significantly increased fame and prestige of environmentally friendly behavior and business practices in some of the countries of the region for different target groups:

• more than 4000 schoolchildren installed and played a mobile game during the first weeks after publishing, mobile game was presented on the exhibition as one of the best software products for environmental friendliness 
• more than 2500 companies submitted their environmental data trough the registry that PRAS created
• mre than 30 top business professionals provided personal positive feedback on the use of expert platform for CO2 emissions forecasting that PRAS created.

Their project management was reliable and responsive to customer needs. Despite the fact that parts of the software products were not always delivered on time, the good quality of the final products, their excellent visual performance, and long-term support for the created products even after the end of the contract many times covered minor inconsistencies that arose during the software development process.

Good visual style, responsiveness of the company's management to constantly emerging consumer wishes and willingness to compromise, high professionalism of the developers.

More careful attention to intermediate checks of product readiness. Because the allocation of funds for the next stage of development depends on the presentation of intermediate results.

PRAS reengineered the real estate platform after three years of collecting usage data and analyzing audience behavior. The update included major improvements to the system’s architecture and interaction logic, resulting in faster performance and a more scalable infrastructure. Key technical upgrades included the implementation of an interactive map with dynamic data loading, advanced filtering mechanisms for apartment selection, integration of animation logic, and the extension of the interior customization tool with new configurable parameters.

The project was developed using modern technologies:  C#, ASP.NET MVC, MSSQL Server, HTML, CSS, JS, AngularJS, Hangfire.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

PRAS successfully reengineered and deployed the updated platform, introducing new technical features that enhanced overall functionality and user experience. After launch, there was a noticeable increase in user engagement with the interactive map, apartment filters, and the upgraded interior customization tool. The updated version is live and fully operational, with users actively interacting with the new tools.

PRAS demonstrated excellent project management throughout the entire process. They were highly responsive, always quick to react to our questions and change requests, and kept us in the loop at every stage.Their ability to adapt quickly and provide clear technical explanations made the whole collaboration feel easy and productive.
