4AD was responsible for creating an online store adapted to be sell products in 4 different countries with 4 diferent languages with 3 currencies. Creating the store included graphic design and implementations of online paymenets. An important element was to connect some countries with special payment methods. I wanted to be able to manage product prices depending on the currency. The store has been connected to GA4 in a way that allows counting conversions. They also provide me with my first Facebook and Google campaign.

I came with my idea for the brand and they helped me to implement it, starting from the logo to the layout of the website. The logotype created by 4AD works perfectly on the website as well as on the labels of my clothes. Website works great on desktop and mobile.

It would be good to participate more in the creation of the site. I didn't really like their communication system - ClickUp.

We hired 4AD STUDIO to create an online store and design the logo of our company. The store goal was to enable our customers to order the door to the entire apartment without leaving the house. Each product had to be customizable with many options and create countless combinations depending on specific house dimensions.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a company which specialized in Prestashop and other e-commerce CMS. We were interested in their previous works.

First we met and talked about CMS that would be most propriate for our shop. We recomended Prestashop but 4AD STUDIO explained to us that Prestashop will not meet our requirements due to the limitations related to the creation of products and their combinations. Than we decide to use Opencart. They helpd us establish payment gateway shiping options. We described our needs regarding the design of the store and thay made everything as planed. Every change was made fast.

We worked with company owner as well as graphic designer and back-end developer.

Our shop is clean and easy to use that's why our clients dont have problem using it - we see it in the increase of orders.

We had very good contact, we worked in the weekly sprint system. We communicated on a regular basis in ClickUp and every week we did a summary. There was no slippage in the delivery.

Good communication and customer approach. Most of our ideas have been implemented while in other companies we heard that our requirements are impossible.
