We were into next gen console and PC production which is why we had to go outside our walls for a mobile engineering expert that could take our existing assets, do the heavy lifting of optimization for Android and put together a technical yet very presentable version. What we were after was a playable Android demo which also served as a proof of concept for use in future investor pitches and early user testing.

We did full end to end Android game development, from asset integration and level optimization to shader work, gameplay scripting, and backend for analytics. NipsApp worked very closely with our in house art and design team to bring the Android build in line with the core mechanics and atmosphere of our console prototype. We delivered a playable Android build, improved lighting and rendering pipeline for mobile GPUs, in game physics demo and also provided post delivery support which covered compatibility across many device tiers.

If you don’t package builds right or miss dependencies, Steam rejects it. They already knew that process, so launch was smooth. Although our project wasn’t a game in the traditional sense, the same level of precision applied. The team’s expertise in packaging, optimization, and platform compliance ensured our AR application deployed flawlessly across environments without performance hiccups or technical rejections. Players could manage digital budgets, allocate virtual expenses, and make strategic decisions that reflected how Qashio’s platform works in real life. The idea was to merge financial education with gamification in a way that captured attention instantly. The scope of work included designing the AR environment, creating realistic UI and animation elements, building responsive gameplay mechanics, and integrating real-time feedback features to mirror data-driven decision-making. NipsApp also provided us with a dashboard that tracked user engagement and interaction metrics, which was particularly useful for our marketing events. There were a few communication slowdowns at the early development stage, mainly due to adjustments in our creative direction, but once expectations were aligned, the workflow became smooth and highly collaborative. Their ability to adapt quickly to new feedback and maintain a high design standard throughout the process was commendable.

The key deliverables also involved integrating progress-tracking visuals, leaderboards to encourage friendly competition, and backend analytics to help us measure learning outcomes. NipsApp handled both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration with our existing LMS. Throughout the project, they maintained strong communication, providing prototypes and progress builds for regular feedback rounds, which made collaboration smooth and transparent.
