The first challenge was how do we scale the mobile app with a secure way. Second was making sure the user experience is amazing. That was the one of the major challenges.

To start with, we began with specifications and planning before tackling the design and development phases. At the point when we started working with Coozmoo Technologies. Their group developed our mobile application that allows clients to sell their music or release it freely into world.

The team at Coozmoo completed the development, design, and analysis. The app was built for iOS and Android. Swift was used for the iOS version. The backend is in C#, and I believe the frontend is in JavaScript. They also created a CRM. Their team provided support after development, as well.

There are six people from Coozmoo involved in this project. There were 2 Developers, 2 Designers, 1 Project Manager and 1 QA. Their support team is available 24/7.

We spent quite a lot of money to develop this product, and I had some concerns about working with foreign developers that we couldn’t meet in person.

However, Coozmoo has been very active. They’ve given us a lot of recommendations, and they have good expertise in this kind of development project. Beyond doing their job, they’ve given us a lot of ideas and kept ongoing communication with us. We’re on the right track to develop this App successfully.

The project has involved around 6-7 designers and developers working together, and the management team’s also been involved in the work, which is helpful for us. They use basecamp as project management tool and skype for great communication.
