I’m the director of marketing and content alignment for a national nonprofit dedicated to systemic change in education.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire BCC Interactive to accomplish?

Our primary goal was to drive visitors to our newly revised website, have them stay on the site for longer periods, see value in our long-form content, and capture emails for marketing leads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BCC Interactive has helped us create numerous articles that have driven new visitors to the site and allowed us to capture their emails. The team has created a plan to help us start and sustain the best SEO practices. From designing a flow of interconnected content to creating Google Ads to drive users to these articles and monitoring the website to see where we can improve, BCC Interactive has guided our site to the top of Google searches in our areas of expertise in just a few years of building the content.

BCC Interactive has created many Google Ads campaigns and shared a dashboard to help us understand how visitors come to our site and with what frequency. BCC Interactive performs regular tech audits to catch 404 errors on the site and missing or duplicate meta descriptions. The team has created a plan for long-form content creation and sends us outlines for future articles we should write based on the popularity of certain search terms in our field.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in organic traffic to the site. Our resources pages, organic key events, newsletter submissions, total keyword rankings, impressions, and AI prompt mentions have also increased. For example, in January 2026, our organic traffic increased by 34.5% month-over-month (MoM), with new users up 41.8% MoM, indicating strong discovery among educators new to us.

Our resources pages grew 37.3% MoM, driven by foundational project-based learning (PBL) content, including “What is PBL?” (105.6% MoM) and “10 Examples of PBL” (74.2% MoM). Our Leadership Sit 2026 event page also jumped 68.8% MoM.

Our organic key events rose 13.2% MoM, with organic maintaining its position as the top conversion channel. Our newsletter submissions showed the strongest growth at 66.7% MoM, while Help Learning Center clicks increased 37.2% MoM, reflecting growing interest in deeper engagement with our resources.

Our impressions increased by 21% MoM, with particularly strong growth in Help Center (50%) and Network Voices (82%) pages. Our total keyword rankings grew from 1,002 to 1,091, with gains concentrated in high-value positions across the top three, top 4–10, and top 11–20 ranges.

Our AI prompt mentions increased to 227 (+9 MoM), showing modest growth despite current technical limitations.

Cory and the BCC Interactive team developed a digital media/marketing and SEO plan for my WordPress site and social channels to help boost my signal among press contacts, miniature artists, non- and for-profits. He strategically helped me to optimize my website and rank each page for specific keywords. 

Within a matter of weeks, I had been contacted by the most prestigious miniature organization in the country (possibly the world). Following that, I was approached by The New York Times for a feature article. The next year, I was offered a book deal. None of this would have been possible without the strategy of BCC Interactive.

BCC was brought in to help increase our organic traffic and revenue from organic traffic. They helped optimize our local listings, provided content optimization recommendations, assisted with technical and on-page SEO for our newly redesigned website, provide ongoing reporting and analysis, piloted and managed our ongoing paid search campaigns via Google, provide strategic recommendations for further optimization and increased organic traffic and revenue.

• Increased organic from 4.75% to 67% of total traffic in less than a year. 
• Increased organic keyword rankings from 3.6K to 52K keywords in less than a year. 
• Increased Google maps views from 2.27M to 6.6M and Google Search views from 1M to 2.57M in less than a year. 
• Reduced technical SEO errors from 1,748 to 87 in less than a year. 
• Managed paid search campaigns that brought in $2.3M in revenue in 7 months.
