I’m the owner of Margee, an e-commerce store that sells bags.

We were stuck and looking for help with marketing and website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vevol Media managed our marketing efforts for four months and launched campaigns. We collaborated on strategy — deciding on various promotions, discounts, and package deals, such as selling bags and wallets together, providing discounts for new subscribers, and more.

They also collaborated with us to make some technical changes to our Shopify site's UX. They developed another Shopify site from scratch to reach a different market, too. Once we gave them our requirements, they used Shopify templates that met what we wanted to achieve. They're currently implementing the minor changes we've requested on our site.

We're working with a project manager, a technical expert, and a campaign manager.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership with Vevol Media started in February 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have seen a monthly increase in sales anywhere from 20%–70%. Overall, the campaigns that Vevol Media has created are a definite improvement over what we had previously done. 

How did Vevol Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re flexible, responsive, and detail-oriented. We communicate via email and have occasional Zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re involved in our project, and they understand our needs quite well. We have a much better experience with them than other vendors we worked with in the past.

I don’t know what areas they could improve.

Clearly describe your needs and have realistic expectations. Once you do that, they'll manage everything else.

We initially hired Vevol Media for revamping our Shopify Store from a custom theme to a Shopify bought theme, with the goal of being able to customise by ourselves more easily. Vevol Media provided excellent work so we decided to work together again on a CRO project with the goal to improve the on-site conversion rate.

Dan reached out to us via email and after speaking to him, I felt that Dan understood our needs pretty well and provided cost-effective solutions. We just decided to go with Vevol rather than shopping around. It was a good choice.

The scope of work was to increase the on-site conversion rate. Vevol Media proposed a revamp on the Porduct Page by including more sections to enrich the user experience, such as UGC content, lifestyle imageries and customer reviews for social proof. After launching our site for a week, our conversion rate has doubled. We have received great feedback on the UX and look & feel of the website. Amazing work!
