We hired Industi to create a dedicated crm system for us. We knew that no solutions available on the market were suitable for us, some were too extensive and heavy, others were too light. We wanted the solution to be tailored to our business needs and could be expanded with new modules in the future. The main goal was to create a system that was fully compatible with our workflow. We needed to have a tool that would improve our customer service activities, monitoring activities and the progress of activities related to them. The characteristics of our operation are so unusual that such a solution had to be made for us.

It the beginning, there was a deep analysis next mock-ups. After developing mock-ups and analytical work, we received a very precise quote. After accepting the documents, we started implementing the system. The works were carried out in 2-week sprints. We knew exactly what to expect from the previously developed models. At the next stages, individual modules were delivered. The software was made in a technology that may enable further integrations in the future. Optimization of the backend was made in PHP/Symfony and frontend web app development in Angular

About 9 people worket on our softwafe. Project manager, two frontend developers, two backend developers, UX/UI designer. DevOps was also involved and two software testers.

The implementation of dedicated CRM class software allowed us to significantly improve organizational and sales processes. The tool has been prepared directly for us, so we operate faster and more efficiently. The work has been centralized and through modules and various classes of access we can monitor individual activities on an ongoing basis

We hired Industi to create the portal, the main tasks were:

• Provide content useful in the work of career counselors, labor market institutions, educational institutions related to vocational education, teachers and educators, students and their parents;
• Provide a communication platform between the different types of users defined within the portal through text and audio-video communication tools;
• Include tools for creating career paths and creating e-learning content;
• Include a database of industry and technical schools, taking into account specializations and regions based on geolocation. There were several goals we set up at the beginning:
• short delivery time;
• integration with many APIs of various portals and government agencies;
• great emphasis on functionality and efficiency of UX design;
• integration with legacy government software; adaptation of the code to the high traffic on the portal;
• availability of the portal.

I got a recommendation from a friend, good opinions among customers in the business environment confirmed that it was the right decision.

At the beginning, there was a deep analysis of the needs of our clients, who were to be the target users of the portal. Workshops were conducted based on this analysis together with Industi. Users' stories were developed and, after their approval, so were the mock-ups. The amazing graphic design delighted us. The action plan was presented and a schedule prepared. The works were carried out in 2-week sprints.

When they showed us the MVP, we knew we had made an excellent choice of supplier. In the final phase of the project, we tested the portal and this phase ended the project in phase 1.0. Now we are considering its development; we are now working with Industi on a 2.0 version. Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

First, the project was delivered a month ahead of schedule. What has been achieved is the portal automatically aggregates data from about 30 external data sources. Contact between advisers and students is facilitated - it is online and automated. We managed to gather information on all major occupations in one place - 483 occupations according to government qualification.

Possibility of automatic online contact with the pre-exhibitions of 32 thousand educational institutions.

The project was conducted in Asana, jira. We communicated via Diskord, Google meet. I had no problems with contacting them anytime.

The application must be a resource supporting the process of vocational education for people carrying out tasks in the field of educational and vocational counselling, i.e. schools and VCC Mobile App 3 educational system institutions and their leading bodies, as well as students, parents and entrepreneurs.

The process was similar to that for the portal creation. At the beginning, we shared our expectations regarding the application with Industi. There was also an analysis of the needs of our clients, who were to be the target users of the portal and app. Workshops were conducted based on this analysis together with Industi. Users' stories were developed and, after their approval, so were the mock-ups.

The action plan was presented and the schedule prepared. The works were carried out in 2-week sprints. The following modules were implemented: Profession information module;

• Points of interest location information module for various user profiles in the form of a list and POI on the map

We were looking for a company that would create on our new site a greater UX and UI experience - both web and app version. We hoped to increase online conversion from the website. Because of the coming launch of our page - we centered our attention on creating an elaborate design and building a page that would be visually encouraging. We wanted our project to be user-friendly, personalize it more.

After the redesign, the page conversion rate increased by 28% when registering new accounts. The bounce rate diminished by 21%.

The person from our team responsible for contact with Ultrano delivered all the specifications over the phone, in-person or on telegram. The project manager on the contractor's side coordinated the process and assigned the work to the competent teams (UX, UI, implementation). After the completion of every iteration in terms of planned solutions, the outcomes were presented during our in-person meetings or on telegram.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have created an unusual solution which works - the new layout of the website increases the level of conversion and presents our product more extensively but in a simpler way - encouraging to purchase the service. The rapid production of iterations of new elements allowed us to test more solutions in a short time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything is going very well. We had small issues with requirements that we specified earlier on - they weren't taken into the account in the first UX draft. But once we paid more attention to clarify our expectations for each milestone - the problem was solved.

We had a problem with large shipments of goods and all products had to be entered manually. We wanted to have output data to the system based on the file from the supplier. We also wanted to quickly verify the correctness of deliveries . For this , we needed an extensive warehouse system. To automate the process, we needed to connect the warehouse with products with barcodes, printers and barcode readers.
