Most of our clients came from our relationships with insurance vendors. Over time, we needed a different approach that allowed us to become less dependent on vendors and more self-sufficient.

1k marketing created a solid marketing strategy and consistently performed in all their targets. Our calls grew substantially, our organic web traffic skyrocketed by over 600%, and we earned close to $2 million during their first year working with us.

Our gourmet deli in Park Slope Brooklyn was doing relatively ok offline but I knew we could do better if we could improve online. I did what I could but was limited in my expertise and my competitors were doing 4x better revenue than I was online. I contacted 1k.marketing for help and they quickly turned things around within weeks.

They boosted average total revenue over a 90 day period by roughly 70%. Total orders increased by roughly 25%. Average order size roughly increased by 21%. Lastly, we were able to cut down how long it took us to confirm an order from 20 mins to just 5 mins. Our numbers are continuing to grow the more we work with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything is quick and on point. I did not sense the typical "corporate" slow culture that makes work generally slower due to all the hoops and ladders between workers. They are also very savvy about the local Tri-State Area market and have a great understanding on what people are looking for and how to provide it to them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 1k.marketing could have done differently?

I wish we could have had maybe an in-person visit or two as they could have had a better feel of our location but I completely understand why that wouldn't be feasible. Imagine having to visit every client around the country just because they wish to have an in-person interaction.
