There were several customizations we were looking for that were not native as part of our e-commerce platform. These customizations included things like, customized registration and log-in experience, customized messaging/badging for specific product pages, customized banners/headers, technical SEO work, and more.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are constantly getting feedback from our customers that our website is very user friendly and we are seeing many customers place orders online vs calling like they used to. Our website speed has improved and our seo rankings are improving. With the custom badging we are seeing more customers utilize a variety of payment methods such as pay later.

The project management of this team is truly exceptional. We have given them dozens of projects and each one was met on time, with rapid response to any additional concerns or requests we had. They are always eager to help and offer suggestions that will best suit your company goals.

The most impressive element of working with 1Center is their project management. We work with two contacts who work together with a team to keep our project moving and they are the kindest, most professional people who always repsond quickly to any questions or concerns. They dig deep to ensure we have a mutual understanding on what the project is and how it can best help us reach out goals. They always offer additional ideas and suggestions that could help us along the way and never push any unneccessary elements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 1Center could have done differently?

I truly cannot think of any areas of improvement. We have partnered with this company for around 3 years now and it has been a wonderful relationship. They offer many different services outside of where we have needed them on projects to far. We have piece of mind knowing that if anything comes up regarding our e-commerce store, we are in good hands!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This project was a huge success, it means now that any employee can print a job by pressing a button. They do not need to have experience with the printing software, it takes ZERO time setup a job for printing and the number of items printed is always 100% accurate because there are no human calculations or errors.

1Center went deep, deep, deep on this project. The research was thorough and clearly explained, there many unknowns in the server setup, which they handled with aplomb.

I was impressed with their dedication to challenging situations. Their resolve never waivered and their frustration never rose.

This project took much longer than expected but there were many unknown/unexpected hurdles that may not be found elsewhere. A longer timeline estimate would be best (just in case).
