The application had great impact on the community of handball players and fans in Egypt. We have very good ratings on the stores. Currently, it has a potential to integrate with the handball association in Egypt.

We worked with Identity Solutions to rebuild our website. We had the new designs already prepared and needed Identity Solutions to build the platform around these designs, taking into consideration the new UX and user flow. We had to retain all user details from the old website and migrate it over, while ensuring all the new design elements and features work optimally.

Salma is highly responsive and very clear and professional in her communication. All needs are noted and addressed, even understanding our implied need that we may not have explicitly communicated ourselves. She is extremely proactive in identifying possible future challenges and working to solve them in advance which gave us a lot of comfort and confidence in her and the team that our project is in excellent hands.

The quality of their delivery as well as their effective communication and "can-do" attitude. They were always keen to make things work rather than take the easy way out.

Considering the quality of the work, it is hard to fault Identity Solutions, and I do strongly recommend them to anyone looking to execute a web project. Having said this, the only thing that comes to mind is delivery time projection. Granted there were several unexpected challenges that caused some delays so that is understandable.

The aim is to streamline the interaction between them, enabling Nfinity to record and track athlete performance, and coaches to monitor and assess their development.
2. **Functional Requirements:**
   1. **User Registration & Profile Management:** Users (athletes and coaches) will be able to register and create a profile. Athletes should be able to add, edit, and manage personal details.
   2. **Performance Recording & Tracking:** The app will record and track athlete performance across various metrics during combine events. It should then aggregate that data and display a score/rank in an easy-to-understand visual format.

Their team worked alongside me to translate our individual athlete training system into a dynamic program for athletes preparing for specific types of multisport events. They began by going through my extensive notes about each aspect of our system, and through a series of meetings and review created a user-friendly program that took athletes from starting the program to completing their race.

My team worked with a single representative from Identity Solutions, I do not remember his official title, but he managed their team on all aspects of our project.

The UX/UI created was fantastic for an initial iteration of the app, specifically since it is a fairly unique concept. The app has had good traffic on the App Store, as well as paid purchases within the app.

The workflow was well-managed, and consisted of a combination of meetings, emails, and Slack conversations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I did not have any prior experience in app development, and the developers always listened to what I had to say and made me feel very comfortable with the process. I always felt that our mission for the app was the first priority.

Mohamed (Software Engineer) is my point of contact, but a larger team works behind the scenes.

I found Identity Solutions on Upwork. I received around 60 applications and interviewed about 20 vendors, including Mohamed. 

I chose Identity Solutions because they asked the best and most detailed questions about the project. Although they weren’t the cheapest, I was confident that they could deliver within the quote they provided.

I’ve spent about $10,000.

We’ve been working together since November 2021, and our collaboration is ongoing.

We hired them to develop a school platform called Ricktelz. Our main goal was to create a parent Android app and an admin dashboard for the app admins. Later on, this goal extended to include another staff mobile app and a super admin panel to control schools.

We shortlisted them through Upwork. Our first task for them was just a proof of concept for a multi-tenant application using Firebase, it was a small task that they did perfectly so we decided to assign them the whole project development.

We used Firebase database mainly for the mobile apps and native Android. The scope of work included 5 components:

• Android Parent app for parents to follow up their students timetable, homework, attendance ..etc. -
• Android Staff app for teachers to do attendance, homework ..etc.

• School admin panel for each school to manage its data.
• Reports admin panel to show more reports and charts for each school.

In cooperation with the team we could successfully onboard more than 7 schools in India into our platform on the play store however we put the project on hold when COVID-19 hit.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were professional and improving their way of management over the time. We used Slack for constant communication, Google meetings, and Trello for tracking the support issues from our side. I believe the deadlines were perfectly met even in some timely tight ones sometimes.

They always helped to make our features better and more consistent, not just implemented the feature, they discussed it and put it in its best form. This was the best about them and the quality of work was really good.
