We hired 1Brand to design a cutting-edge, enticing WordPress website for our start up company. Our goals were to generate leads and buzz for our various newsletter campaigns.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred to 1Brand from a partner with high praises about their work. Their current work examples as well as excellent overall communication and reasonable pricing were deciding factors.

The scope of work included Wordpress design and development for a multi-page website with various landing pages and data collection forms/lead generation. They also performed copywriting, SEO and assisted with overall brand identity design.

They provided a planning phase and delivered wireframes before the design deliverables where sent. Once approved, they delivered a custom Wordpress theme on a staging environment. They used various plugins while also executing custom web development for different functionally.

We worked with the Creative Director, Lead Web Developer and the Search Marketing Director who were all quick to respond and a pleasure to work with.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Overall, the website design and entire project exceeded our expectations. 1Brand did an incredible job of taking our vision and converting it into a beautiful, engaging website that we’ve only received positive feedback from our potential clients about. They have also been managing our WordPress and hosting and so far it’s been smooth sailing. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Excellent ROI.

They provided Project Management software to track and collaborate all tasks, deadlines and deliverables as well and sharing feedback. We were super impressed with their clear and simple communication and how smoothly the entire project went. Mike is an excellent Project manager and made the entire experience enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of their work far exceeded our expectations. Also, the extent to which they communicated and helped us understand all aspects of of the project in a way that was fun and easy to comprehend for a team that was not very familiar with the industry, terminology and practices. They gently guided us through the process with patience and provided valuable insights and feedback every step of the way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Of hand I cannot think of anything that I would have wanted done differently.
