The plateform is delivered ! We still have some features that we want to ameliorate but we are very satisfy with what was delivered

Kreante has always been very responsive. Despite the time difference, I always got very quick answers to our questions. Mariannella was available, both verbally and in writing, even outside her working hours. The design delay were respected, we took a little bit more time on the QA part but it is a really important part and we did not have all the ressources needed in intern.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurabe outcomes were straightforward since we specified deliverables for each week and month. These deliverables were based o the outcomes that we wanted to achieved for each week. For example, during the first month we set as a goal to have the branding done. Then for the second month, we set as a goal to develop the UX/UI experience and back end of the software.

Yes, they did. They always responded on time and were always willing to help.

I’m the owner and lead developer at Osborne Solutions. We are a Bubble development agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kreante?

We have a client who wanted to develop a complex app using Bubble. They had already built around 20-30 screens in Whimsical and wanted us to build the app very quickly. We had several projects running at that time, and frontend development wasn’t our strongest point, so we had to outsource the app’s frontend development to another company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Kreante to provide Bubble development and frontend design support. We asked them to build all of the different screens that we needed within four weeks while we worked on the backend and the workflows. They’re tasked with taking the Whimsical wireframes that the client provided and designing them in Figma to show us what the final Bubble app would look like.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with three people from Kreante, including Jorge (Co-Founder), a designer, and a Bubble developer.

How did you come to work with Kreante?

Kreante found me on LinkedIn to ask me for Bubble coaching for their team, and I saw examples of their work through our sessions. I saw that they were very strong on the frontend, so we decided to stay in touch so I could contact them if any opportunities came up.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around €3,500 (Approximately $3,500 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We provided the client with a copy of the Figma designs that Kreante created, and they were very happy with the work and said that the Kreante team followed all the specifications they provided in terms of the design. I’m also very happy with Kreante’s work.

How did Kreante perform from a project management standpoint?

Kreante has performed well in terms of project management. We have a sprint meeting every week to assess our progress and check how well they’ve stuck to the wireframes and specifications provided by the client. They used Notion to give us a project specification and quote, and I’m satisfied with the way they structured the quotes. They provided a lot of details about the timeline, deliverables, and tools that they were going to use.

We typically communicate through email and video calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re most impressed with Kreante’s high level of communication and strong understanding of the project’s specifications.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if they could make me feel more integrated into their team. For example, getting invited into Slack can make me feel like I'm really participating and more in light of what’s happening in the project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Multilingual adaptation (French and Dutch): Setting up a multilingual site required special attention to ensure fluid, consistent navigation in both languages, while respecting the cultural and linguistic specificities of the target markets.
• Optimizing user experience (UX): Creating an intuitive and elegant user interface while highlighting the unique aspects of the umbrellas (artistic design, noble materials) represented a major challenge. The goal was to convey the brand's upscale image while remaining accessible and functional.
• Targeted SEO for several geographic markets
• Tight deadlines: The need to launch the site quickly in order to be operational before the end of the year demanded close coordination between the different stages of the project, and execution with no margin for error.
• Customization on a NoCode/LowCode platform: Using Shopify, a NoCode/LowCode solution, to meet the specific requirements of the project required careful fine-tuning and customization to go beyond the standard limits of the platform.

Kreante NoCode & LowCode were highly organized in their management of this project. They followed a clear process, structured in several stages:

• Gathering requirements and defining objectives.
• Proposal of an action plan and validation of milestones.
• Realization of the e-commerce site, with regular checkpoints to ensure alignment with my expectations.
• Meeting deadlines: Despite time constraints linked to the need to launch the site before the end of the year, the agency delivered the main deliverables on time. A few last-minute adjustments were necessary, but these were handled reactively.
• Meeting my needs: The team was attentive and responsive throughout the project. They were able to meet my expectations by proposing solutions adapted to the specifics of my business (multilingualism, high-end design, SEO optimization). When a problem or question arose, their responsiveness and ability to provide concrete solutions were much appreciated.
• Communication: Communication with the agency was fluid and regular. Frequent exchanges ensured a good mutual understanding and enabled us to adjust priorities as the project progressed.

• Phase One launch of new public facing website was executed without issue.
• Phase Two launch of online member portal including onboarding 130+ member users, many without strong technical skills. Overall our members have had an excellent and trouble-free experience and find the portal intuitive and easy to navigate.

Kreante has been an excellent and responsive team to work with. The project has oftened experienced delays entirely from our side, but Kreante has demonstrated great flexibility and have always worked to accomodate our needs. Most importantly, the team has demonstrated excellent attention to detail, expecially given the often complex and unique needs of our project, listens very well to our needs, and demonstrate that they really care about the work that we do.

This included creating a public and private design with an account with an associated login for each member. They built a gallery for creative uploads, a gallery of all leaders with bios, and an event sharing and submission page linked using Zapier, Airtable, and Google Calendar.
