      I developed a very bad case of COVID right after we were starting the project. I was out of the office for 5 weeks straight and I know I caused many delays in the process by not being able to get them the pictures and info they needed. They were EXTREMELY KIND AND PATIENT with me and my circumstances and even demonstrated a true concern for my health. They were also extremely patient with me while I battled COVID and delayed their progress.
