• Inventory Management (Global): View inventory for all branches. Add/Update stock at HQ Allocate/transfer inventory to branches. Set minimum stock alerts per product. View real-time inventory levels per product per branch
• Product Management: Add/Edit/Delete products, Assign SKU, product category, Add pricing (cost, MRP, tax), Attach product descriptions and images
• Request Management (from Sub-Branches): View all inventory requests. Approve/Reject requests with note 
• Invoice Management: Generate invoices for approved requests. Add tax, shipping, and payment details. View, download, and email invoices. Maintain invoice history with filters (branch, date, product)
• User & Role Management: Add Admin Users (Ahmedabad, Surat). Assign roles (full access, view-only, invoicing-only), Activity logs (who approved what, when)

They did amazing work. When we were hired, we had 8 stores; now we have 20+ and are adding more becouse to operations efficiancy is very high. All the invoices, orders, and payments are visible with just a few clicks. Before we manage books, and after every day's work, we compare books for payments and other things

In addition to development, their team handled end-to-end SEO implementation, which successfully brought over 300+ organic clicks per month to our website. This traffic boost directly resulted in a 4x increase in online appointment bookings, significantly improving patient engagement and visibility in our local area.

Key deliverables included:
