What challenge were you trying to address?

We established our US presence in 2016 so we were starting from scratch with our brand presence and SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement and team dynamic?

Zupo has been with us from the beginning with entering the US market. They handle our SEO, referrals, digital PR etc. They coordinate with our European team to ensure an overall, cohesive strategy. Super likeable, smart account manager and CEO. Very easy to work with.

What's the status of this engagement?

We are long term clients and will continue to be. They have been able to pivot with website merges, strategy adjustments, etc while maintaining and gaining more and more traffic.

I came in nine months ago and while assessing our outsourced vendors, it was clear the biggest asset we have in the US is our relationship with Zupo.

We started the project by analyzing the current state of our SEO strategy and recording the baseline of the current rankings. Additionally, Zupo did some research on competition and about potential SEO strategies that would work for us. After creating a strategy and roadmap together it's been on-going engagement with Zupo.

We work directly with Jason. He has been really responsive and flexible and easy to work with.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been able to hit all the goals set so far. The overall traffic has been increasing as planned and our rankings have dramatically improved. We have been seeing big increase in organic traffic and web leads.

Their team is super easy to work with. We meet weekly and have meetings either in-person, over Google Hangouts, or Slack. They have always been transparent and clear about expectations and realistic goals.

The scope of work entailed a deep dive into the existing brand and building out strategic approaches to ignite a stronger SEO presence. We hope to fix any broken internal and external links (plus alt tags/broken images), improve meta descriptions, improve on-page and off-page optimization and take a look at competitors to analyze how we could improve our content + content structure.
