The office was founded in 1988 by Mr. Günter Schulz in Otterfing. Initially as a drawing studio for civil engineering, which mainly acted as a surveying and CAD contractor for the affiliated engineering office for civil engineering Siegfried Schulz.
After establishing itself as an independent surveying office and almost 20 years of successful project work in all facets of construction and engineering surveying, primarily in the counties of Miesbach and Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen as well as the neighboring counties of Munich, Weilheim-Schongau, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Rosenheim, Starnberg and Ebersberg, the engineering office was handed over to the current partners Michael Wächter and Benedikt Öttl on 01.01.2008, with good references and a large customer base.
The move to the current, conveniently located offices in Holzkirchen-Föching took place on 1.2.2009, the necessary office expansion at the beginning of 2015.
