About us

ZIS Industrietechnik GmbH is the specialist for cutting pipes, profiles and thick sheets . Based on our own developed CNC machines and programming software, we produce even the most complicated contours by milling, plasma and/or flame cutting . As part of contract manufacturing , we supply customers throughout Europe from the steel construction, crane construction, plant construction, mechanical engineering and offshore wind energy sectors with precisely profiled components.

The ongoing welding training of our employees ensures knowledge of the industry-specific requirements and standards (e.g. material traceability, execution of weld seam preparation). This prevents rework, reduces welding time and leads to welded joints that are testable. With mobile CNC machines, we can also work on site - on the construction site or in the steel construction company - and thus avoid logistics and transport costs.

With our experience in mechanical engineering , software development and cutting technology, we help our customers to solve their cutting technology problems. This extends to the design and construction of appropriate machines and systems as well as the delivery of associated software.
