I’m the CEO of a digital design agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with ziphio?

I needed an agency to develop several mobile applications.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team at ziphio developed a few apps for Android and iOS. One of them was a taxi application. The other app I can’t disclose any information.

What is the team composition?

The team had four people.

How did you come to work with ziphio?

ziphio built a few websites for us, so that’s why we chose them to create mobile apps.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with ziphio from December 2018–March 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ziphio fulfilled our expectation. Their team finished the project on time. Their work is good, but we had to provide a lot of guidance for them to understand the projects. It took time, but they’re quick learners.  

How did ziphio perform from a project management standpoint?

We use email and phone calls. After the project finished, we had a few glitches that they were kind enough to sort through afterward.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team at ziphio understood well, completing the job properly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.
