• Improving Website Ranking & CRO Zimble's team was asked to create comprehensive strategy to reverse the website ranking drop and simultaneously improve the website to lead conversion ratio. KPIs were 
• Clicks on key course, local & blog pages, Rankings on primary keywords & Leads. These 3 KPIs were measured on weekly & monthly basis 

Project 2:

• Website Development & Migration Due to outdated UI/UX and Wordpress theme, we decided to develop a new website for 3 key reasons 
• Better website speed to pass the Core Webs Vitals 
• Better UI/UX for branding & CRO 
• Simpler Backend for management All the objectives were met, they delivered the website in 6 months and supported our team for team for the next 3 months.

The team is efficient in project management. They set realistic timelines. Most of the time, they delivered on time. Couple of times the delivery was a bit late, but they communicated it in advance. They assisted our team in getting up to speed on the new website and troubleshooting. The reporting format & documentation is easy to navigate and understand. We asked them to customize the reports since our business is a bit complex and the team helped us with the same.
