I started a project called PayTrace for reconciliation for medical practices. We created a comprehensive design, and made sure it makes the process as automated as possible, so clinics can have their finances reconciled to make sure that all the money in their billing system hit the bank and backward - show all payments that were cleared to the bank but were never posted.
I got a landing page, a login option, API connections with Stripe, the payment software, and an API connection with a PDF OCR tool that helps transform paper checks into text. Our website has many settings that users can adjust for their best comfort, including a dark mode.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The production matched the prognosis perfectly. The team was always on time with the updates and took notes of everything I was mentioning so nothing got lost. I was given a link for my test, while QA specialists were completing theirs. So I was able to see the changes right after they were deployed.

The communication was very good. Quite a bit of guidance was required, however all issues were resolved in time and successfully. There was a little bit of delay on delivery, but that was expected due to a tight deadline so we needed to adapt in order to deliver a quality project.
