Zergsoft

Zergsoft has built custom software in Nagoya since 1997 for companies that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools. We work in English and Japanese, and every system we deliver stays under our care for as long as the business needs it. Clients stay with us over ten years on average, many for more than twenty.

What we build:

• Multilingual systems linking Japanese operations with overseas offices and multinational development teams
• AI integration: forecasting, recommendations and data extraction, with training, isolation and security
• Integrations with ERP, accounting and third-party APIs
• Large-scale systems, including a distributed public key server for 90 million users
• Full-cycle business management: inventory, restock prediction and automation, online sales and on-premise POS, invoicing, fulfillment, order tracking, receivables, payments, accounting, BI and management reports

Results:

• Automated recommendations and one-click reorders raised a food e-commerce client's sales 20%
• Reorder planning for an importer with 1,000+ products, each with its own lead time
• A vehicle exporter moved from Excel to a 50-user inventory and sales system with credit-based purchase limits

How we work:

• Low risk: we build and deliver in small increments, so you can verify at each step that you are getting what you pay for, built correctly and on time.
• Small changes usually delivered same day
• New features added years later without a rebuild
• Automated test coverage, security patching from OS to libraries, scheduled backups
