With the amount of workflows they built in such a short time, and the small adjustments consistently happening, there were some comments that were missed and moments when it was difficult to know which tasks/asks had been done and where. Organization of those details could have been a bit better so that information was clearer to find and less easy to miss on their end.

We needed help ensuring our new CRM was set up properly and that we made the most out of using it, especially since we had many new users to Hubspot.

Zentavra set up the CRM for our Sales and Marketing teams. They documented each call so other team members could review the process later, trained the marketing team on using Hubspot functions, and held weekly calls to support follow-up questions.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Zentavra has delivered completed and functional workflows and automations. The team has also added to our database to hold the data we need and modeled lists, other pipelines, and courses. We've seen much less errors, and our pipelines have gone from broken to flowing. Our workflows have allowed new purchases to be pretty automated. Our webinars and purchases have gone from manual to automated, and now most of our sales and marketing have automation, which has saved us a lot of time.

Zentavra is always on time, always above and beyond in quality, and has amazing customer care. We communicate via virtual meetings.
