I'm the marketing director of an E-commerce company. We help both small and big businesses to publicize their products across the world.

We wanted to create an easy-to-understand video that explains the features of our marketplace and the benefits it offers for all businesses across the world.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were browsing through the net to look for a person to create a video for our company. So we saw this vendor and choose them because of their affordable price and personable team members.

We contacted them and provide every detail about our company - what we offer, the solutions we seek to provide for business across the world and so on before they created the animated video. They produced a 4-minute video that describes how sellers can list their products, how buyers can meet them and how they can both interact with each other.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with a project manager who gave instructions to the video creators. At every step of the project, the project manager made sure he communicated with us and incorporate our feedback all through. The job was shared through InVision which allowed us to make comments on any part needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We presented the Video to business owners, vendors, and merchants through their Emails. This makes them have full knowledge of how our marketplace works and how they can easily get customers for their products. As a result of this easy-to-understand video, we got up to a 40% increase in the number of active participants on the site.

The project manager was very easy to communicate with. We didn't usually have to message him every time before he gave us updates; he did it constantly at every step. We mostly communicated through email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They took a few days to use our marketplace personally to understand how it operates. They also made suggestions that would improve the users' experience. They created a high-quality video that explains everything in detail.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I hope they made at least one transaction on the site to test how everything works. But they still managed to provide a comprehensive video that almost everyone would understand.

I worked with Vlad. The communication was on a daily basis sharing thoughts, screens, and ideas.

We were able to increase awareness about green energy and sustainability in undeveloped parts of the world. I even received an email from one client who said this year was the best yet.

We used different tools for communication, for example, UpWork and LinkedIn, E-Mail, etc. The client never missed a deadline. The workflow was smooth.

Their people, approach, and intangible qualities made them stand out. Self-reflection is required to determine the company's distinctive vision or mission, as well as how it distinguishes itself from other agencies in the marketplace.

I would hire them sooner.

We contacted Zelios Agency for our receivables financing project. It was necessary to develop a showreel for the presentation of our project within our company among the company's partners. The showreel is not intended to be broadcasted, only within the company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We made a choice among 6 companies. All companies were given the same technical task. Zelios Agency won because it offered the fastest implementation period and relatively low cost.

The production was very fast. I drew up the terms of reference very quickly, provided it to the company and the company understood me from the very first message. The next stage was showing me an intermediate result, then there was a stage that was showing an already finished result.

I worked with Wladislav, the head of the company.

The initial communication was through the company's work email, then switched to WhatsApp for communication. There were also video conferencing via zoom.

We love the speed and quality of their work.
