Zago’s job is to reduce complexity and create clarity. We use the findings from our research to design interventions that meet the challenges in front of our clients. Our work takes many forms – from the creation of new visual identities or narrative building to an organization and program design – but it always embodies the organization’s vision and culture. We create prototypes so that we can test the solution that works best and is flexible and valuable in an ever-changing landscape.
