I hired they to do some social media services for a new pinterest account. I paid small in small amounts to see if they were legit, before taking any big chances on them because their home page looked a little sketchy.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I google pinterest social media services and compared and read now what I know are fake reviews.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

One customer service agent that made up excuses for five days, just strung me along hoping I would just get frustrated and give up. No one responded to emails or instant messages on their site at all.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They charged me twice, ignored customer service emails, made excuses on whatsapp, tried to shame me for asking for a refund, never provided any service what so ever, strung me along for a week on whatsapp.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There was no workflow, period. This business is a scam.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What was most impressive was that they didn't even pretend to be apologetic about ripping me off, they just strung me along hoping I would just give up. Their home page they will offer free services to anyone on their site who will write a five star review on this site.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Literally anything at all. Had actual customer service reps, provided the services they charged me for, or refunded me for it. They literally couldn't have done any less.
