Founded in 2001, YRCI began with four dedicated individuals and has grown to be a leading competitor in the Federal Government contracting realm.

YRCI also provides outsourced professional services to the contracts management & procurement market, helps operate and enhance government procurement processes, and participates throughout the procurement life-cycle. YRCI has provided budget, planning, programming, and fiscal execution services.  YRCI’s services have expanded into full Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and full-cycle grants management with closeout support.
