Your Digital Way was hired to improve Bluebell Salon’s online presence and increase local appointment bookings through SEO and Google Business Profile optimization. The main objective was to rank the salon higher for local beauty-related search terms in Bethesda, MD and surrounding areas.

Since working with Your Digital Way, we’ve seen a huge improvement in our online presence. Within just a few months, our website traffic jumped by nearly 70%, and we started getting more appointment bookings directly through both the site and our Google Business Profile.

Honestly, there’s not much I’d change, the experience was great overall. If I had to mention one thing, I’d say it would’ve been helpful to have a shared dashboard or portal where I could log in and track all the SEO metrics in real time. 
They did send regular reports, which were clear and detailed, but having live access would’ve added a bit more transparency. That said, any time I had a question about performance, they were quick to respond and explain everything, so it wasn’t a major issue.
