You are launched has been responsible for the full end-to-end development of the sports coaching application, from initial concept design through to the final app launch. This has included user research, wireframing, UX/UI design, AI system architecture, dual-user workflow development for athletes and coaches, backend and frontend development, integration of analytics features, testing and QA, deployment across platforms, and ongoing launch support. Key deliverables have included the complete app build, design assets, AI training tools, and all technical documentation.

We have built nearly all the core components of the application in-house, including the AI coaching engine, athlete–coach dual workflow, UX/UI design, backend infrastructure, analytics dashboards, and performance monitoring features. The only third-party solution we've integrated is a secure payment and subscription processing service to ensure reliable billing functionality. All other features—from training plan generation to user management and data storage—have been developed internally to maintain full control over functionality, scalability, and UX.

Initially, we had the aim to hire several devs to work on our side project. But once we met You are launched, we changed our mind to full outsourcing service by launching a branding app.
