What challenge were you trying to address with YONEV SAS?

Our main goal was to improve our online presence and attract more customers. We wanted a more professional digital image and a strategy that could generate more visibility, traffic, and ultimately more customers for the restaurant.

What was the scope of their involvement?

YONEV SAS handles our restaurant’s overall digital presence. The scope of work includes the design and development of a new website, SEO and local SEO optimization to improve our visibility on Google, management of our online advertising campaigns, and support with our Instagram presence.

We started working together in August 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen clear progress in several areas. The restaurant has gained stronger visibility on Google, website traffic has increased, and we’ve received more direct inquiries and reservations through our online channels. Our advertising campaigns also generate more qualified traffic, while Instagram engagement and overall brand visibility have improved.One of the biggest improvements is having a much more consistent digital presence across the website, Google, advertising, and social media, which has helped us attract more potential customers and rely less on third-party platforms.Moreover, the customers coming through our digital channels are more qualified and relevant to our restaurant. We’ve received more direct inquiries and reservations, and the overall quality of the leads has improved. We’ve also seen stronger engagement online and better feedback from customers, which confirms that the new digital strategy is reaching the right audience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we’re very satisfied with the project. If they could improve something, it would be having slightly more structured reporting at the beginning, especially around SEO and advertising performance. That said, communication is always responsive, and they quickly adapt to our needs as the project progresses.
