I’m the director of digital strategy and innovations for an American football club.

We needed to develop a mobile app for our football team.

What was the scope of their involvement?

YinzCam Inc. handled our mobile app development needs. They helped us develop a mobile app for iOS and Android from scratch. During this process, they incorporated various features into the app, including SSO, AR, and third-party integrations. Additionally, they helped us develop TV apps.

We worked with several from their team, including Priya (CEO & Founder), an account manager, and some of their lead developers.

Whenever there were bugs, we communicated with their support team through Slack and sometimes via email or phone. We also used Jira to file support tickets, and their team would address the issues immediately.

Their team’s biggest strength was Priya — she had a can-do attitude and made sure that her team found ways to build whatever we needed. Overall, the YinzCam Inc. team was always focused on delivering the best customer experience.
