I’m the director of Developmentum, a consulting company that implements development projects for donor governments in emerging economies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Yes Web Design Studio?

We were rebranding and needed to launch our new brand, so we hired Yes Web Design Studio to design and develop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Yes Web Design Studio designed the website architecture using the brand guidelines we had commissioned. The team also provided us with the interface so that we could manage our content.

What is the team composition?

I don’t know how many teammates were assigned to the project.

We found Yes Web Design Studio through word of mouth. The team had done a good job for my partner’s son in developing their website.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2025, and the project was supposed to be finished by the end of March 2025. However, we just finished it now.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Yes Web Design Studio provided mock-ups, but that was it. The team was supposed to complete the website, but didn't. 

How did Yes Web Design Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

We did not proceed with development

What did you find most impressive about them?

We didn't use development side of their house.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was very little project management on Yes Web Design Studio's development side.

We at MOST 2414 have partnered with YWD developing an e-commerce website for a well-know beverage company. The project required to customized the UX of the global website and adapt to the local market. The website started from scratch and reached in short time great results for user engagement and online sale conversions.
