I’m a recruiter at an asset management company. I’m responsible for our internal recruitment process, and we also cooperate with different recruiting agencies that help us hire people for our team.

What challenge were you trying to address with Yellow Recruiting Company?
We were starting a project from scratch, and we needed to hire a developer. At the time, I was the only in-house recruiter and had more than ten open positions at the company. For that reason and since it was a very specific position and the market is very small in our country, we asked Yellow Recruiting Company for help.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
First, we provided Yellow Recruiting Company with information about the position. I created the job description with the help of our technical specialists. They made some revisions to the description and published their version.
The team put forward 15 candidates for us to consider. With our tech leader, we made a shortlist of the best five and had technical interviews. Yellow Recruiting Company also sent technical tests to some of the candidates. After they found and contracted the recruit, we provided the onboarding.
Currently, we’re still in a long-term partnership with Yellow Recruiting Company. They help us with direct hiring for various positions.

They were referred to us. We interviewed two other companies, but Yellow Recruitment was the best company in our area.

Sourcing and initial HR interview for software engineer candidates for a contract project with the scope in time of 10 - 12 months. I was looking for two profiles: a Senior Backend Engineer (7+ years of experience) and a Frontend/Fullstack Engineer (almost senior could cut it :), but I'm looking at 4+ years of experience). The main technologies would be AWS services (CDK, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB) and Go as the programming language (some knowledge of Python or Typescript/Javascript would be handy as we're going to work with AWS CDK). Key deliverables:
