On shoot day we arrive promptly, work professionally, and communicate throughout. During editing we keep you updated at every stage. Once delivered, we run a distribution meeting covering where and when to post, platform optimisation, and KPI tracking if required. We then follow up at one and three months to review results and discuss what's working. We don't just deliver a file and disappear. We stay involved until we know your video is performing.

    ROI varies depending on the project type, distribution strategy, and how the video sits within a wider marketing plan, which is why we cover ROI tracking in both our pre-production meeting and our post-delivery distribution session.     Once a project is confirmed and the deposit is in, onboarding is a structured process before a camera is ever picked up. We schedule a pre-production meeting where we dig into strategy — which platforms the video will live on, how it fits into your wider marketing, what the brand's tone of voice is, and whether you need supporting copy alongside the video. From there we build out the full shoot plan together: locations, shot list, schedule, who needs to be there, scripts, and any logistical considerations. By the time shoot day arrives, you'll be confident we've got everything in hand — and you can watch the filming magic happen right in front of you.

    We typically aim to deliver the initial draft within two weeks of the filming date. Depending on the complexity and length of the edit this can sometimes be a little longer, but we'll always be upfront about the timeline before we start and keep you updated throughout the editing process. Rush turnarounds can be accommodated on request and are discussed at the pre-production stage, so if you're working to a specific deadline we'll know about it well in advance.
