Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the cofounder of The Full Life Co., a consumer products developer and marketer of a variety of products. Our primary products in the marketplace today are consumable products for pets.

What challenge were you trying to address with Yeah Design Works?

We wanted to penetrate the dog treats market, but it was already highly saturated. We needed a way to effectively tell our story to consumers via our packaging.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We wanted to penetrate the dog treats market, but it was already highly saturated. Yeah Design Works listened to our goals and plan, asking questions and getting feedback on the direction we wanted to take our business. We told them what we hoped to accomplish, and they came back with a variety of different ideas and concepts for our product. We’ve refined the direction they wanted to go until we got a compelling package that spoke to the customers and told them our story.

What is the status of this engagement?

We partnered in April 2017, and the work is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve received nothing but positive feedback from our retailers and consumers. The product just recently launched, but it’s doing well.

How did Yeah Design Works perform from a project management standpoint?

They clearly outlined aggressive but realistic timelines and have kept on track. They keep us informed on project progress and next steps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with a lot of different agencies in my career, and none listen as well as Yeah Design Works. They made sure they understood what we wanted and delivered exactly what we asked for.
