I’m the manager of AOTA, a training company.

What challenge were you trying to address with YBR Marketing?

We asked them to handle all of our social media marketing activities.

What was the scope of their involvement?

After providing the brief, they’ve helped us with our social media marketing campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Additionally, they’ve upgraded our website to meet our current standards and provided SEO, SEM, SMO, lead generation, automation, and CRM efforts. They’ve also come up with our keywords.

What is the team composition?

We work with John (Marketing Manager).

How did you come to work with YBR Marketing?

We found out about them through a Google search.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in September 2020, and our engagement is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve noticed an increase in engagement, traffic, and conversions. Apart from that, every time we speak to John, he comes up with brilliant ideas and puts them into our web page and marketing campaigns — he’s really quite the marketing guru. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with the services provided.

How did YBR Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We typically communicate through email, phone calls, or videos that they would send us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

John provides us with everything we need, including all the information that allows us to properly handle our social media accounts.

Are there any areas they could improve?

None.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You need to engage with the proprietor and give your feedback to help them understand what you want to achieve. Initially, I spoke with John about this project, and he put together a portfolio for my social media based on what I needed.

I had heard about this operator from a friend who said they were very experienced

There was no project involved , I work closely with ybr for ongoing support for my website

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Having the web site up and running has helped legitimize my business And increase the amount of client input by 70%. This in turn has made a huge difference to how people respond to my business

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was completed on time. We mostly communicated by email or by phone . But John came to my house to help with the initial set up He is always available if I have any concerns or questions

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciate that he took the time to understand my business and was very supportive whenever I had questions or concerns

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No I’m very happy with the results I’ve had since working with John
