Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

First of all, together with the Yarche team, we visited an industrial exhibition of kitchen equipment, during which we defined the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors. Afterward, they did interviews with 20 chefs in different types of kitchens to understand their journey of choosing professional inventory, explored similar brands, and how they communicate and organize sales flow.

Based on that, they presented a unique positioning, naming, brand identity, and some features that help to improve the customer experience of purchasing, using, and handling our products. Also, they created a communication plan and organized a presentation of Reednee to our team and dealers to involve them in the newly developed brand.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The created brand was warmly welcomed by our internal team, which was also an important goal. Moreover, we managed to complete the annual sales plan in 4 months thanks to the new branding. A nice bonus was the fact that we got a gold award for corporate identity at a creativity festival.
