Y8Y

Y8Y is an AI visibility and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) agency for hospitality, short-term rental and real estate businesses. When travelers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews or DeepSeek where to stay, only a handful of properties get named, and we make sure yours is one of them.

AI assistants recommend the hotels and properties they can clearly understand and trust. Most independent hotels lose out because their information is inconsistent across their website, Google Business Profile, Booking.com, OTAs and review platforms. Y8Y fixes that at the source: we align your entity data, structured data (schema markup), content and reviews so large language models can identify, verify and recommend your property, while also strengthening your traditional SEO and local search rankings on Google and Google Maps.

We work with independent and boutique hotels, property managers with 20+ units and real estate agencies across Europe, in English, French and Spanish. Every engagement starts with an AI visibility diagnostic that shows how often your property is cited by AI engines versus competitors, followed by a done-for-you monthly program of weekly AI search monitoring, fixes, multilingual content and reporting. No new website or extra agency needed, and most clients see their first AI citations within 6 to 8 weeks, with more direct bookings and less OTA dependency over time.

Services: AEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI search visibility audits, hotel SEO, local SEO and Google Maps optimization, schema and structured data, brand and content strategy, social media and marketing automation.
