Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Y12.AI build an outstanding mobile app for homeowners to submit claims to us directly eliminating the need for field evaluations and also allow us to run meta ads directly at homeowners affected by storms for the upcoming storm and set us up with a dedicated SIEM for compliance and Application Security as well installed Crowdstrike across all our systems. Additionally Y12.AI has been critical in developing vendor management systems as they developed a custom portal for service providers to refer clients directly to us and built a custom ERP to manage all the companies operations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Deep Technical Understanding as they set up a private on premise cloud then wrote the code from scratch in front of me then provisioned databases all by one guy then literally also set up the security systems and built an in house chatgpt as a side project they didnt event charge us for allowing us to monitor the use of AI applications by our employees 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Y12.AI could have done differently?

Lucid Chart Obsessed, Max in particular will create lucid charts to explain stuff like its basic english, but I'm not an engineer so I have no idea what he's saying
