Y Technologies is a Japanese company founded in 2023 and headquartered in Kyoto. We support businesses and schools with AI adoption, workflow automation, IT consulting and software development.

Our AI Concierge support helps teams make AI part of everyday work: tool selection and usage policies, employee training, internal document search, sales and administrative automation, and ongoing review. We define deliverables, responsibilities and costs around your existing workflows. Corporate AI training and adoption support is delivered in collaboration with FwAI as a delivery partner, with responsibilities agreed for each engagement.

Monthly support plans (USD, excluding tax):
AI Advisor — $1,200/month: one meeting per month and joint training to support internal AI adoption.
AI Management Partner — $2,400/month: two meetings per month, joint training, customer acquisition and CRM automation, and product or service landing pages.
CAIO Pack — from $6,500/month: at least one meeting per week, joint training and ongoing AI consulting for sustained operations.
All monthly plans have a minimum term of 3 months. External AI service fees are separate; additional development and services are quoted separately.

Claude Code & Codex Pack — $1,200 one-off specialist training (excluding tax). Specific scope, duration and session count are confirmed during consultation.

Depending on the agreed scope, outputs may include a workflow inventory, AI usage policies, training materials, automation configuration and operating procedures. We serve projects in Japan, Malaysia and Singapore; language, availability and on-site requirements are confirmed for each engagement.
