Introduce your business and what you do there? 

I’m the co-founder & COO of CONNACT. We support technology companies in their cooperation with their cloud provider, such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, and so on.

What challenge were you trying to address with xyphid?

We needed help with branding, web development, and social media marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we defined our brand and what we do and discussed the name and its meaning. xyphid designed the basic brand elements we’d use across our brand identity. They also designed our website from scratch and developed it with a third party.

They’ve created some animation and provided content for our website, blogs, and social media. Additionally, they handle our social media marketing and do SEO, including Google Analytics. 

What is the team composition?

We work directly with Daniel (Founder). He oversees their team, which includes web developers and animators.

How did you come to work with xyphid?

They were recommended by mutual friends.

How much have you invested with them? 

We’ve spent $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together around July 2021, and the relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen good traction on social media and positive feedback regarding the graphic elements. We’re satisfied with them and the results so far.

How did xyphid perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great. We use ClickUp boards for all tasks and communicate via calls. They’re highly responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them? 

Their graphics are great, and they do excellent work regarding content, highlighting the most important topics. Also, we appreciate their responsiveness every time we reach out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re easy to work with, especially with the project management tools.
