Our process begins with gathering references and creating a detailed storyboard that aligns with the client’s vision. Once the storyboard is finalized, we gather final output references and visuals to give the client a clear picture of the end result before we start the project.

    Our approach begins with gathering initial references to define the direction and details of the story. We then create a storyboard and visual diagrams using AI to ensure clarity. The first draft of the storyboard is developed using tools like PowerPoint and Canva, and we share it with the client for feedback. Once we receive client approval, we move forward with the project, ensuring the highest quality throughout.

    Once the storyboard and initial planning are complete, we begin by requesting the client’s brand kit, which includes logos, branding guidelines, and other essential assets. Throughout the project, we maintain regular updates, typically providing the first, second, and third drafts on a weekly basis. This consistent communication ensures there are no surprises, and the client is always aware of the project’s direction and quality. This approach not only reduces risk but also guarantees that the final product meets the client’s expectations perfectly.

    Our onboarding process is straightforward and efficient. To get started, clients simply need to submit their official company documents, such as the GST certificate and registration certificate. Additionally, there are some formalities and policies that need to be reviewed, including payment terms. Once these steps are completed and the client is comfortable with the terms, they are officially onboarded to Xentrox Productions.

    We measure our success through client satisfaction. When our clients and their teams are happy and all feedback has been addressed, we consider the project a success. Additionally, we monitor the performance of the content on social media platforms, ensuring that it not only meets but also exceeds client expectations and leaves a lasting impact on the audience.
