I’m the owner and former CEO of Venerdi, a gluten-free manufacturing business.

What challenge were you trying to address with Xennial Marketing?

We didn’t have a lot of marketing experience in-house. We did have a junior marketer, and we needed someone who could come in and help her create a marketing plan.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Xennial provided marketing consulting services to our in-house marketer. They work on strategy and other projects together. 

What is the team composition?

We work with one contact.

How did you come to work with Xennial Marketing?

I belong to an alternative board, where I work with other companies. A contact from that board introduced us to Xennial. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spend between $2,000–$6,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since December 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The insight Xennial provides is really valuable. We love working with them, and we’re happy with the engagement. We intend to continue working with them.

How did Xennial Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They work alongside our internal resource, as part of our own team.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Xennial is really good at listening and understanding our issues. Their ability to listen and then perform is quite good. Our work together feels seamless; they’re aligned with us and it feels like they’re part of our team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There are times when I have to challenge them by asking new questions and suggesting new ideas. They always take my feedback and adjust.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Xennial is a great resource. Give it a go. You won’t get locked into a contract, and they get to work quite quickly.
