For what projects/services did your company hire XendUp?

Our company started providing towing services to a new city, which was a quite competitive area. That's why we hired new SEO professionals for fast, effective positive results.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to get on the top position and attract more and more towing related leads organically.

How did you select this vendor?

I saw a case study and his comments on an SEO forum, and after talking a few times, he told me his approach. And he is charging not too much, that's why I choose his team for this project

Describe the project in detail.

They asked me about our primary services, and others then provided me a list of keywords. Once we approved them, they redesigned the whole site from scratch to make the website more mobile and SEO friendly since most towing clients find us through mobile. Then they implemented everything that was he discussed with me in the beginning. There were a few changes due to Google updates. And those changes work very well.

What was the team composition?

I was contacted directly with the lead SEO consultant using messenger. But they also provided a monthly report. There respond rate was quite fast.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are ranking in map pack or top 3 for our primary service and also ranking in the organic result on the first page. Secondary services are also ranking well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication between me and XendUp team was excellent. They keep me updated about everything. 2-3 times I had a few problems with understanding a few things; they helped me with those problems by sending recorded videos or live meetings.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I have worked with many people and different agencies, but they are more transparent then everybody else. And quite friendly, helped me to learn a few things about SEO.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Till now, I didn't find anything wrong with them. After working with them for a few months, I understood they spend lots of time trying out different strategies. And implement the best one, which helps us to scale quickly. I am looking forward to working with them again
