What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

xavinex has successfully launched our SaaS platform on our custom domain. The team has delivered and launched all the agreed-upon core features, including user registration, an admin dashboard, automated workflows, analytics, and third-party integrations. The platform has recorded approximately 2,500 users and more than 8,000 monthly visits within the first three months after launch. We’ve also seen a 30% increase in qualified leads and an 18% improvement in conversions.

Moreover, the feature availability in the website and traffic analytics demonstrate the success of the development and marketing work, respectively. The successful feature launch, stable performance, and positive user adoption demonstrate the overall success of the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we’re satisfied with xavinex’s work. One area for improvement is providing more detailed documentation and user guidance alongside each major feature release. This could make onboarding and future maintenance even easier. However, the team is responsive to feedback and addresses our concerns promptly throughout the project.
