X-AGENTIC’s work has saved us 30%–40% of time and costs compared to our previous manual labor research, reply messages, and emails. Our projects are much more organized now, and we’ve outsourced less work to third parties and online contractors.

X-AGENTIC’s team delivers on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

X-AGENTIC’s team understood our business and workflow. They know how to give more than we request. For example, we originally asked them to set up the communication system and log our projects, but they suggested we could have our own LLM agents to do more than just automation. Now, we have an AI assistant. The team has also asked about our business model and implemented a custom solution for us. X-AGENTIC’s team is more than technical; they have a business mindset.

They’re good enough. We’ll find them again for the next implementation.
