• We requested 10 registered medication aides to work our memory care unit for the following shifts 7a-3p,3p-11p and 11p-7a
• We then requested 6 certified nurses assistants to work our secondary locations in Norfolk VA all shifts.
• We have hired 2 RNs and 1 LPN permanently through WTS.

We have a reliable source for staffing.

We sent our scheduled needs via email, and WTS replied with email and followed up with phone calls. They also created a company portal just for us on their website for after-hours communication.

They didn't have a huge leadership team, so the experience had less red tape and obstacles!

Yes, we would honestly say the receptionist wasn't that nice.
