· Finding and hiring our tech teams.
· Handling all the formal EOR stuff in Jordan and Dubai.
· Providing ongoing HR and compliance help.

Well, for starters, we successfully built full tech teams in both Jordan and Dubai, which was the whole point.
They made the whole setup process really fast and smooth—way quicker than if we had tried to figure out all the local laws and paperwork ourselves. And speaking of that, everything stayed fully compliant. We didn’t run into any legal issues or surprises, which is a huge win when you’re dealing with different countries.
It was also cost-effective. They helped us avoid a ton of hidden costs and expensive mistakes. Probably saved us a lot of money in the long run.
And maybe one of the biggest things—it freed up our own team to actually focus on our work instead of getting stuck on admin tasks. So yeah, pretty much a success all around.
