I wanted to share our experience with WRKFORC, who we've been using as our Employer of Record (EOR) partner for the last two years. Honestly, they've been fantastic.

We used them for a few key things:

· Handling all the formal EOR stuff in Jordan and Dubai.

· Providing ongoing HR and compliance help.

Well, for starters, we successfully built full tech teams in both Jordan and Dubai, which was the whole point.

And speaking of that, everything stayed fully compliant. We didn’t run into any legal issues or surprises, which is a huge win when you’re dealing with different countries.
